Our Chicken suya is marinated in our suya spice for over 24 hours, and then grilled over an open flame till it’s perfectly cooked. We serve with a side of tomatoes, onions and out suya finishing pepper to deliver the prefect explosion of flavors in your mouth.
Suya is a spicy meat skewer which is a popular food item in West Africa. It is also eaten in Sudan, referred to as “Agashe”. Suya is generally made with skewered beef, ram, or chicken. Innards such as kidney, liver and tripe are also used.
